HTC Helpline, Starting This Week (111-111-HTC)

HTC in Pakistan is soon going to start their own helpline for their customers. This will provide direct sutomer support for HTC customers. You will be able to access the HTC Helpline at 111-111-HTC (111-111-482).

This service is to get activated sometime within this week. And it will be available for HTC devices bought officially from the store, or from any other place.

Plus, the HTC helpline will provide support for HTC devices that have been launched in Pakistan and as well as for those devices which haven’t been launched officially here.

We’ll have more details once e HTC Helpline gets launched. Remember, the number is 111-111-HTC (111-111-482).

  • hay haris, one of my friend has bought nexus one from pakistan a brand new in box but the shopkeeper didnt take responsibility of warranty. after a week the phone has stoped working due to overheat issue (common problem reported by nexus one users worldwide). i consulted HTC and it turned out that phone is under Vodafone germany tag. 

    will this customer service will be able to help em. phone is brand new.?

  • I bought my HTC wilfire S with vigor but all that became sour too soon and that is with in 1 month of its usage and now after 6 months the screen dies on me upon activating it… so i don’t recommend it, i can only appreciate the Looks….

  • I have purchase HTC Desire C from Dubai. Before this I was using Nokia C-01. I used to SMS Caster software to send bulk SMS connected through Bluetooth connection without any problem. Now I am using HTC Desire C, it connects with SMS Caster (using Windown XP in my Computer), but unable to communicate with my computer. Please advise how can I use my HTC Desire C for SMS Caster through Bluetooth.

  • aoa….i have HTC inspire 4g…..the phone works well, but the issue m facing is that i can’t put my HTC over my university network….coz the MAC address of my HTC is already in use….HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT TWO DEVICES HAS THE SAME MAC ADDRESS ?

  • my htc desire x is dead couple of days ago when i deleted some unknown file from is phone memory through PC … then i restart my phone it shutdown normally but never on again … when connecting to charger it shows orange light n when connect to pc , PC detect it as unknown device n dont find any driver for it at all…. can anyone have any idea about it ? or do anyone knows a place where HTC phones are repaired ?

  • I HAVE PURCHASED HTC AMAZE(ALSO KNOWN AS RUBY).   • A.O.A. I located in Karachi Cantt and have HTC ONE X. A problem occurred (after dropping on ground about 5′ height level) that signal strength totally hide when i try to call anyone.
